LIVERPOOL WINGER’S LACK OF WISDOM LANDS PORSCHE PANERMERA IN 2ft MUD POOL

11 November 2013

20-year-old Liverpool winger Andre Wisdom was well and truly sunk this weekend after he let his Porsche Panamera Turbo’S satnav direct him into a mud-filled pool.

The England U21 captain was en route to Derby County’s Pride Park stadium, where he is currently on loan.

Having programmed the stadium’s postcode into the Panamera’s sat-nav, he diligently followed the route, even though it led him three miles away from the nearest main road, deep into remote woods...

It wasn’t until two feet of mud scooped up his Porsche’s front that Wisdom was literally stopped in his tracks.

Despite his soggy woodland detour, the soccer starlet got to the game on time and Derby beat Sheffield Wednesday 3-0.

A Cherokee Jeep subsequently hauled the Panamera back to dry land.

Moral of the story: if a route doesn’t feel right…it probably isn’t - never trust a satnav!
